There is a unique opportunity to acquire an almost new Mystic 57at a significant saving over the new 57 price. LILYBELLE was moulded in epoxy composite by West Custom Marine and fitted out by Rival Bowman Yachts, we handed her over to the owner in October 1999. Since then she has been in the ARC from Gran Canaria to St. Lucia, the owner and his family cruised her in the Caribbean before sailing back to England via the Azores. Much of this extended cruising was with only two onboard. The owner has decided that he wants a larger yacht with separate crew accommodation and has thus asked us to offer the yacht for sale.
The MYSTIC 57 utilises the latest design and materials to combine outstanding performance yet make yacht handling as easy as possible. She carries a self-tacking Solent Jib and, on the outer forestay, a 150% reaching Genoa on a Reckmann hydraulic furler. The fully battened Vectran mainsail has Hood hydraulic in-boom furling operated from the steering pedestal. The Lewmar Commander 400 power pack also operates the lowering transom bathing platform with dive bottle storage below the deck accessed dedicated liferaft locker. The main halyard and the Self-tacking jib sheet are led under deck to the 5 cockpit power winches, all sail operations can readily be achieved by one person on deck. LILYBELLE has the best of equipment, including Doyle Vectran sails, Hood spars, Navtec rod rigging, Marinner 8kW generator, air conditioning, water maker, Autohelm instrumentation interfaced with Furuno FRS-1000A all-in-one navigation system with radar, DGPS, video plotter and echo sounder displayed on a 10" colur TFT display, SSB radio with Weatherfax, Sony multi system flat screen TV with video, Stereo radio with CD player and Bose speakers…..The interior is American Cherry, with Alcantara upholstery and headlining fabric. The double berth mattresses are spring interior and there are loose covers to all berths and seating.
A key element of the MYSTIC 57 design is our unique mid level full sized chart table and navigators berth. The aft cabin has a Queen sized central double berth and seating to the sides with en suite heads, moulded in Corean washbasin and counter and separate shower compartment.
The large galley has Corean worksurfaces, with Force 10 stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker and with lockers and drawers for long term food storage. The saloon is exceptionally spacious and light with 2.25 metres headroom under the pilot house and all round visibility via the wrap around toughened glass windows. There is a removable partition between the double berth port guest cabin and two berth starboard guest cabin, enabling the two cabins to be converted in a few minutes to a single stateroom. These cabins have individual access to the two forward head compartments, which in turn have access to the shower compartment. There is a RIB tender carried on Crane kevlar/epoxy davits and full safety equipment.
