The Oyster 66 has a low centre of gravity keel and a powerful sailplan. Cutter gear is standard, which allows for a useful choice of sail combinations depending on wind speed. A pair of jumper struts has eliminated the usual requirement for check stays on this type of rig, making handling even easier. A self-tacking staysail option is available.
